Who can sign up for the LEGO® Magazine?
The magazine is specifically designed for children between the ages of 5 and 9 years old. A parent or guardian can sign up and add their eligible children to the subscription through their LEGO account.
How much does it cost to get the LEGO® Magazine?
It is 100% free! There is absolutely no cost for the subscription, and shipping is completely free as well. The LEGO Group covers all the expenses.
When will I receive my next LEGO® Magazine issue?
The magazine is published and delivered 4 to 5 times a year (seasonally). When you first sign up, it can take anywhere from 6 to 14 weeks for the first issue to arrive, depending on when you registered relative to the next publishing cycle.
The magazine didn't arrive in our mailbox, even though it has before. What do I do?
If an issue goes missing, you should: Log into your LEGO account and double-check that your shipping address is still correct and up to date. Wait a few extra days, as local postal delays can sometimes occur. If it still doesn't arrive, contact LEGO Customer Service, and they will usually be happy to send you a replacement copy if available.

Yes. To manage, renew, or sign up for the free magazine subscription, you need to have a standard LEGO Insiders account (formerly known as LEGO VIP). Parents use this account to manage their children's subscriptions.
